“I ordered 10 bottles of spirits that I found impossible to find in the US. Within 4 days of ordering my shipment arrived (express service/insured) in excellent condition. I have never received better service when ordering spirits from any other merchant (including at least 6 located within the US). The care employed in fulfilling the order was stunning! The packing of each individual bottle and the use of superior packing materials was such that I found myself uttering "Wow! This is Amazing!" Previous experience with ordering wine and/or spirits "internationally' over the past 20 years has been mixed. I had never received an order so fast! The quickest "turnaround" on previous orders (from at least 7 other vendors) was 2 weeks and 6 days! I want to enthusiastically commend "Hard To Find Whiskey" for their outstanding and unrivaled service! I also suggest that those who seek the "best" in quality spirits will find the "best source" is, without question, HTFW! - You may quote me....."Richard Wilson, USA."”

“Great shopping experience. I phoned and spoke to a very helpful gentleman who helped me decide which whisky advent calendar to buy for my dad's birthday [I went for Drinks By The Dram's The Whisky Advent Calendar']. After placing the order after my phone call, I had a shipment notification within the hour and the calendar arrived the very next day, well packaged too. HTFW were also the only retailer who had this particular advent calendar ready to ship in October too. Would definitely use again! Thank you.”
