“Excellent customer service. There was a mistake with my order (it happens) but the professional manner in which Happy Beds resolved it was confidence inspiring and a pleasant change from other retailers I could mention. Thanks particularly to Amiee and Siobhan for their fast resolution and attention to detail.”

“Bought beds and mattresses last year. My daughter subsequently liked the mattresses also and wanted to buy the same ones but we didn't know which they were. Contacted customer service by email and within a couple of hours Kyi had gotten back to us with the details we required for my daughter to go ahead and purchase hers. Good service. Well done Kyi.”

“Ref: 3FT Milo Grey Sleeper Bed. As we were decorating our son's bedroom, we asked for a specific delivery date for when the work had been completed, this they did without any issue. When the bed arrived, it was well packaged, and it was really well made and went together easily. During assembly however we did notice that two parts were missing but having contacted their service Team, Kyi, one of their service representatives was very helpful, identified what we needed and sent on the parts within a day or so. Having purchased quite a lot of flat pack furniture over the years I can only say, I wish all companies had been this responsive and helpful when parts were missing. Great product and service, so happy to recommend.”

“My review at this stage is purely regarding the customer services I received from Amiee, Tina and Chloe!! Some parts of my bed came faulty. I contacted their customer services expecting a reply 48 hours later. Within minutes I received an email with instructions on how to proceed. I cannot thank Amiee, Tina and Chloe enough for the patience and professionalism dealing with this issue. For this reason I will certainly be buying again from Happy Beds!”

“Our original package arrived damaged but Aimee sorted out a replacement for us swiftly. (5-6 days from us emailing to the replacement being delivered). Her customer service has been fantastic. We are yet to build the bed but from what we can see it is lovely quality. Fingers crossed it wont be too hard to put together!”

“Although i have not received my order yet its due this week. I didnt get my conformation email when placing me order so i emailed happy beds and the next morning got an email straight away from someone called amiee with my order conformation re send really quick response and very helpful thank you!”
