“Very Happy with the quality of the mattress and service from Happy Beds. The mattress is perfect for my needs and communications around delivery and delivery itself was one of the best services I have ever received. No problems at all. I will definitely use Happy Beds again and would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase.”

“Happy with the quality of the bed, very happy with the price I paid for it. There was an instance where I was notified that my delivery was being pushed back (which is understandable during a worldwide pandemic) however, the original date for my delivery was met, I also received an email from a member of the team a week or two after delivery who was ensuring that I had received the bed and asking if there any problems - no problems at all. For me, everything was exactly as advertised and although I wont require a new bed in a while, I would be happy to return to this company for my next bed.”

“Very happy with our purchase of our triple sleeper bunk bed. I love the colour we choose. The bed was easy to build the only complaint was that it did take longer than what was said in the instructions. The instructions were clear and accurate. Really good value for money.”

“I ordered a bed and mattress for my son's bedroom, his first 'big bed'. The delivery was supposed to be end of July due to the coronavirus outbreak, i was very pleased when my order was delivered a month early. The communications received regarding delivery were clear and frequent. The bed was easy to assemble and great for additonal storage which is always difficult in a childs bedroom. The mattress is very comfortable and my son who is 3 years old is able to get in and out of the bed independently and with ease.”

“I purchased a Neptune spring quilted cotton mattress on 9 june, it was delivered on 11 June, absolutely brilliant mattress so thick and comfy, and price was great, communication was excellent would definitely order again 🙂”

“The service is a complete joke!! They offer mattress options on a ‘build your own bed’ menu that they know don’t fit the base. ?? And then take no responsibility for it or returning the large items.!! Also, They take no responsibility for their delivery partners after offering a ‘2 man deliver to room of choice’ option. They then dumped 3 entire beds on the front of the building, leaving one person to do the heavy lifting to the 3rd floor!. Their so called “customer service manager” was incredibly RUDE and dismissive. I regret ever spending any money with or coming across this company”

“The ordering process was easy, and the delivery was excellent. The mattress seems great for the money. Our previous one was man made and supposed to keep us cool, but the Happy Beds one being all natural is helping me to keep a little cooler. (Woman of a certain age!!!)”

“We’re really happy with our bunk beds. Delivery was quick, well communicated and on time. Instructions for assembly were easy to follow and only needed one person. Bed quality is very good, sturdy and head height on bottom bunk is enough for an adult to sit up to read stories. Especially like the variety of different arrangements you can have beds in. Overall very pleased with them.”

“Ordered a Cashmere 3000 Pocket Sprung Foam Mattress from Happy Beds. It was very reasonably priced, the communication between Happy Beds and myself was excellent. The delivery drivers phoned me giving me a time when it would be delivered, polite drivers. My mattress is very comfortable and enjoy a good nights sleep. would recommend Happy Beds and would defiantly use them again.”

“I had ordered the single Touch 7-Zone Memory Foam Orthopaedic Rolled Mattress and the Ocean Gel Memory and a double Reflex Foam Cool Orthopaedic LayGel Mattress. Both mattresses had arrived within the date I had requested the customer service was excellent, no problem whatsoever. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. One happy customer!”
