“I received my bed from Happy Beds, extremely impressed with quality. Unfortunately I made a mistake on my side and contacted them. I was in contact with Aimee, she replied to me promptly and assured me that I could get the pieces I damaged. Extremely happy with this company and I highly recommend it. “We are really happy with the bunk bed we ordered. Jack was great when I contacted customer services, as I'd ordered the wrong colour! He sorted it in no time. And Aimee was very swift in her response when we realised we were missing a peice when assembling the drawer, and had it sent out to us promptly. Great service all round”
