I needed a replacement piston for my ottoman as the previously installed one failed after a few months. Jack got in contact and resolved my issue quickly, I received new pistons within the week, I couldn't have asked for better customer support. Thank you Jack!

Contacted customer services the day prior to arranged delivery of double bed . I had paid for one man doorstep delivery and needed to change to 2 bedroom and bedroom of choice . Matthew managed to do this for me , polite and courteous manner . Thank you

Seamless ordering and delivery. There was a fault on the footbed and when I asked Liv at Happy Beds to help, she arranged for a replacement straight away without any issues providing excellent customer service. Would definitely buy from them again.

I recently ordered two mattresses via E bay for bunk beds. The ordering was very easy, delivery was very prompt and the mattresses were of a very good quality for the price paid. Unfortunately, they were unsuitable for my use. I contacted Happy Beds and I have to say that the Customer Service given was superb, one of the best that I have ever received. Lizzy and Aimee at happy Beds went well beyond the “call of duty”, They arranged collection of the mattresses, which were collected in a very prompt manner with the courier company informing me all the time of progress. After collection, my payment was very promptly returned. I would highly recommend Happy Beds to people and would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you Lizzy & Aimee at Happy Beds for the amazing customer service given.

Ordered a childs bed and mattress spending over £800 6 parts of the bed arrived damaged and the service from Happy Beds was very poor. Some of the parts are being replaced at my request but they refuse to deliver them at the weekend meaning I have to take another day off work (they do deliver on weekends, but their excuse is that the manufacturer won't pay the extra delivery cost for weekends). I had to build the bed using one of the damaged parts and despite initially offering a discount for the damage they are now being extremely difficult. I have spent countless hours taking pictures of the damage for them, sending codes from boxes, replying to their many messages. I will now need to take another day off work to receive the replacement parts. They offered me two free pillows as compensation which having spent almost £800 on a bed is frankly an insult. The bed was for my 5 year old son who was so excited to get a new bed. Unfortunately this company are not really interested when things go wrong.

Since ordering, I've had two contacts with Happy Beds-both have been excellent! This afternoon, I needed to change delivery dates and Sophie responded almost immediately. Well done!

We bought an ottoman bed around 18 months ago. The mechanism went a few weeks ago and I emailed to enquire if this was covered under the 5 year guarantee. A few pleasant emails later and Aimee and Melissa had arranged for a replacement part to be sent, free of charge, we easily replaced it and the bed is working as normal again. Great customer service thank you!

Purchased mattress from happybeds.co.uk, when i made the purchase it said they will deliver it to a bedroom of my choice. The delivery company they used (panther) turned up and said they wont take it to the bedroom. They were rude and the delivery guys could barely speak english. I rang happybeds and the customer service told me they will have to come another day just to move the mattress into my bedroom. Had to get it moved myself because we had a sofa delivery coming and the mattress was left right by the door. Bad experience

I placed my order on New Years Day and then realised I had completely ordered the wrong item . I used the contact form and immediately got a response on the first working day to say my order had been changed - Quick and easy to do - very fast response from Aimee - order delivery date reminded the same and no penalty for changing the order I even got a £33 refund without asking Customer service 10/10 thank you
