“The triple bunk bed i ordered is a really good product the three kids love it,it did arrive with a few slight damages but i emailed happy beds and a really nice lady from customer service (Aimee) sorted things out for me straight away brilliant customer service skills and very quick responding to emails. thank you”

“5 stars for customer service from Aimee but would’ve been 4 for the bed, which had a slat break within just a couple of months which was disappointing. Aimee arranged a delivery of a replacement which arrived promptly thank you!”

“Aimee couldn't have been more helpful. The shelf broke in my daughter bed and this was quickly resolved. I would highly recommend Happy Beds. Excellent after sale care (which is hard to find) thank you Aimee I will have a very happy 9 year old!”

“Very happy with the purchase I made- bed and mattress seem to be of a good quality. We have an issue with the mattress that came wrong size initially, but I have to give a huge credit to Aimee and Tina from Happy beds, who rectified the issue immediately. Very good customer service, just get in touch with them via email, they reply straight away.”

“Contacted customer service about a query for an Ottoman bed, Aimee dealt with my promptly and very efficiently even sending me a copy of the instruction manual and this was before I had bought the bed, which I have now purchased.”

“I’m quite impressed by the customer service when I called to discuss returning the item. Aimee explained the process very helpfully and within a few minutes I got an email from Sophie with more information which made the process of return quite smooth. It’s a shame the product did not suit my needs and the delivery driver couldn’t take the item back rather than doing it separately.”

“Brilliant customer service from Caroline and Aimee whilst arranging delivery. Construction went well however, some of the pre-drilled holes for the screws on the frame didn't quite match up. Despite this, a good sturdy bed. Looking forward to jumping in it later 😀”
