“Aimee Chloe and Sophie were very helpful in sorting out the problem I had with Bunk Beds that I had received. I am very happy with purchase, delivery was extremely smooth and quite simple to put together. I am still waiting for the part that was faulty but have been assured that it is in the post .”

“I've bought a couple of beds from HappyBeds and they've all been great. They give a 5year guarantee and one broke after 4.5years. I got in touch and was helped by a fantastic person named Amiee who was really helpful. The model I have is no longer made and so a replacement part couldn't be found, but they refunded me the cost of the bed. Fantastic customer service, very helpful by Amiee. Couldn't ask for better.”
