“I had an issue with the payment card I had to use for a work client today. Aimee contacted me very quickly by phone and email to flag up the problem and then helped me resolve it simply and quickly with no impact on our client. Stress free transaction. Perfect!”

“Ordered a bed for our granddaughter which also contained a guest bed. The delivery was on time, but when the bed was unpacked it was found that some parts were damaged. Contacted Happy beds, where Amiee after seen photos took control and arranged for new parts to be dispatched.”

“I ordered a mattress from happy beds and when I received it it was damaged and wet. I emailed and complained and the matter was rectified straight away by Aimee and Kyi”

“We found the website instructive together with the revies. Prior to completing our order Aimee was very helpful and offered to send a swatch of the bed colour to us. We are now awaiting delivery of the order and therefore will not be able to add to our comments until we have had the opportunity to check the quality of the bed. We would not normally purchase such a high-value product without physically seeing the item but we have decided to take the chance on this occasion.”
