“Warning! Don't buy from them. Selling equipment which is not even manufactured. After few days will delay delivery by 8 weeks. Avoid! Rude CS to boot”

“I bought the "Ultimate Ortho Reflex Foam Support Orthopaedic Rolled Extra Firm Mattress (135 x 190 cm & 25cm height)" and I could not find a fault with Happy Beds. The information on their website was accurate and comprehensive, their email order confirmation contained clear and (as it turns out) accurate delivery information and last but not by any means least, the price of the mattress was very good (especially for what I was getting). The only part of the order "as a whole" that did not raise to my standards, was the courier company; more specifically their "tracking" information/customer service. I found it to be lacking and quite expensive, as the one time I called them about additional info on the package, they referred me back to Happy Beds saying that there is no additional info that they have outside the one on the website and the charged me for the phone call. Nothing bad to say about the actual courier, though. Professional, courteous and on time. This company being the courier company for future orders (of any kind) will definitely give me second thoughts.”

“My experience was brilliant, I could not fault it if I tried 😂 I received a discount through the blue light card scheme of 10% which is amazing in comparison to a lot of furniture stores. The beds and mattresses were priced much better. I chose the flexi delivery and was contacted a few days before delivery to confirm the date as well as the day before with a time slot. The delivery was both on the day specified and during the time slot given. Understably with Covid-19 the delivery drivers were not allowed in which would usually be a problem but my brother has been staying with me and was able to help bring the boxes and mattress up to my first floor flat. I bought a king size, side opening ottoman bed with scroll head and foot ends, there is an amazing amount of storage beneath the bed, which is perfect as my bedroom is what used to be my lounge whilst my brother is here. I put the bed together by myself, it took a little longer than specified but that was for 2 people putting it together. The biggest issue was finding the instructions which were put in box three. It was difficult as some bits are so heavy but I absolutely adore my new bed, its huge, as a 5ft 2, female, 5 of me could sleep comfortably across it width ways. The new mattress I have is the perfect combination of firm enough and soft enough, it was advertised (I think) as firm but after reading reviews others had rated it as perfectly firm and soft.”

“I experienced some issues with two previous mattresses. You can always judge a company by the way it handles issues when they arise. Jade has been working on resolving my problem and has been doing an exemplary job throughout! Due to the company's attitude I chose to keep my business with them rather than take the option of a full refund. I am really looking forward to the delivery of the third and hopefully final mattress. Even if there were a problem with it, I would still remain because it has been proven to me that Happybeds really do care about the level of service offered to customers. Well done Jade and thank you for everything you have done so far. I truly appreciate it. Keep up the good work!”
