ordered a bunk bed for my boys. But being a bit silly managed to order two. After a panic flap I messaged on the website and text spoke to Chloe who was amazing and sorted out my order and arranged for my refund. One happy mum and two happy boys looking forward to there 1 bunk bed πŸ™‚

We ordered the Pegasus high sleeper, which my son absoloutely loves! Unfortunately one part was missing when it arrived, due to a slighly damaged box. Sophie (customer services) was extremely helpful though and contacted the manufactuers, and arranged a delivery of the missing part within a few days. Great customer service.

Aimee responded to my email within a few minutes! I needed to cancel my order which was already scheduled for delivery but this was no issue. I am very pleased with the customer service and Happy Beds.

Happy Beds have bern fantastic since I first placed my order. I had to change delivery dates twice and both times they attended to it so quick and really nice about it. Can’t fault them . Thanks to Chloe and Amie

We have bought several mattresses and have been pleased with them. With the last mattress we bought, there was a minor issues with damage to packaging and Sophie was very helpful in helping sort this out and arrange a discount.

Courier delivered a bed with two sets of side rails and no headboard. I only noticed when I finally started to build it, so contacted support. Was expecting a painful process but It took two emails to get an exchange sorted (handled by Aimee) and all within 24 hours. I find this quite exceptional nowadays where support and service seems to be viewed as an unwanted overhead for most companies.
