“I had my eye on a particular bed for a while and I had been checking stock constantly but nothing so I decided to email and Aimee was so helpful with giving me a restock date.”

“Happy with my happy bed. Had a few issues with parts received damaged but Kyi at happy beds was available to support me every step of the way and arranged for new boxes to be sent to rectify this. Thanks Kyi 👍”

“Very pleased with my new bed. Good communication regarding delivery and delivery was made within 11 days. Easy to assemble. I also received excellent customer service from Kyi when I contacted regarding two damaged parts and replacements arrived within a week!”

“Bed arrived within the allocated time and set up in no time. On closer inspection I had noted that one of the drawers was coming loose from the Chipboard and close to breaking. I contacted Happy Beds with photos and had the very helpful & prompt Kyi to assist me. They were able to locate and replace the part within a few days of my e-mail. Within less then a week the issue was resolved”

“Unfortunately my flat purchase fell through days before I was supposed to move in and I had ordered 2 fantastic Happy Beds, which I didn't get to enjoy.....yet! Fortunately Amiee dealt with the issue swiftly and sensitively. I will definitely re-order when my new flat purchase goes through!”

“Had an issue with a delivery where one part was missing and one part was scratched. Contacted customer support. “I bought a bunk bed and it came on time. The kids love the bunk bed. One of the woods was damaged and I contacted the customer team. Amiee and Chloe were really helpful and sent a replacement. I must say the customer service was spot on.”
