Very happy with Aimee's customer service. Needed a replacement part for a bed we ordered 2 years ago and Aimee helped us through the process and got the part delivered today ! Thank you!

What fabulous customer service. Aimee was amazing, she sorted changes to delivery dates and service fast and efficiently. A credit to the company, so wonderful to receive excellent service these days. I will happily recommend this company.

We love our bed despite the colour not looking exactly how it is shown on the website, good value for money. Aimee, Sophie and Jack were helpful in addressing the issues we experienced, all email communication was great.

When I placed the order Happy Beds said delivery would be next day so I moved an appointment to be at home for the delivery. Then I got an e mail from the courier saying they would deliver the day after (the day I had moved my appointment from) so had to re-arrange delivery for 3 days after originally promised by Happy Beds. I live in a remote location where large trucks cannot access and would have liked to discuss this with Happy Beds but alas could not find any telephone contact. Aimee phoned on the day originally promised by Happy Beds and explained that there is a telephone No. but it is concealed. As a pensioner I am sure that there are others in my age group who would be put off from purchasing from a company where it is not easy to talk to a real person. You could be losing a lot of business. That said Aimee was very polite and helpful - a credit to Happy Beds ....if you can find how to talk to her.

I had purchased a bed from happy beds and had to cancel unfortunately as the bed was to big.The lady I spoken to was so understanding and canceled my order asap without trying to make me keep the order like most places do she issued a refund and was very polite and helpful.

I had 2 beds delivered and a mattress. One part was damaged in transit and another broke on me during building. Customer service in getting this resolved by Jack, Sophie and Aimee was top notch. Gives me complete confidence to buy again should I need to.

Thank you Aimee and Olivia for your support with my issue: one out of 5 items of an ottoman bed ordered came broken. I was assisted quickly and effectively, I got clear instructions of what I need to do and I got the replacement in 2 working days. Aimee and Olivia could not be more helpful.

Delivery and communication was great. I did have a small issue with the bed I ordered, but Aimee sorted this for me and got a replacement part sent out. Great service.
