“We recently bought a folding bed from Happy beds which was delivered quickly but unfortunately was damaged (perhaps in transit?). After contacting Happy Beds they subsequently contacted the manufacturer asking for a replacement to be sent. We have several email messages to & from Happy Beds most of which were dealt with by Aimee. The service we received from her was first class and she very quickly resolved our problem and the new bed has arrived and if fine. Thanks Aimee”

“I have bought 2 beds from happy beds now. The first being a high sleeper & second being an ottoman. Deliveries were great, communication was great. I did have a particular problem with the ottoman though where some of the smaller parts were placed inside the zip on the back of the headboard. This weight made the zip break & it now flops down. I contacted happy beds. Amiee from happy beds was super helpful, kind, professional & understanding. Unfortunately it couldn’t be replaced but I got a small refund of £22.95 & I will see if I can find someone to fix or replace the zip/material. I would not hesitate to buy again from happy beds & recommend them. Their customer service is top notch. Their prices are very competitive & quality is great.”

Customer service was very helpful and very quick to resolve the issue, quick response and exchange of mattress, special thank you for Aimee in customer service. I highly recommend happy beds, quick delivery and good value for the mattress.”

“Unfortunately we received an incorrect box which meant our bed could not be completed and we had to ask Aimee to sort it out which she did as fast as she could. The bed head was also damaged so Aimee arranged a small refund which was arranged immediately after we confirmed agreement. We are extremely satisfied with the assistance Aimee provided however we are still waiting for the delivery company to contact us re the exchange!”

“A very prompt response dealt with by Aimee at Happy Beds! I ordered a bed and realised the delivery date I selected I wasn't going to be in and needed changing. After sending a message to Happy Beds Aimee responded back promptly with an alternative delivery date to accommodate. Simple. Looking forward to seeing our new bed”
