I had a fantastic customer service experience with Happy Beds. I reached out to them through their online chat and was pleasantly surprised to be connected almost instantly to Chloe. Her assistance was invaluable as she not only responded promptly but also provided thorough and helpful answers to all my questions. Chloe's expertise and efficiency gave me the reassurance I needed and I will be placing an order. It's refreshing to encounter such excellent customer support, and Chloe's assistance has undoubtedly left a positive impression on my overall experience with Happy Beds. Kudos to the team for delivering outstanding service!

Really excellent customer service received for Sophie and Harley. There was a small mark in the product and once informed Sophie and Harley went out of their way to resolve the issue. They are a credit to Happy Beds. Would definitely buy from them again for customer service alone. Thanks both.

The bed i bought for my son was great, he loves it and the quality is good. I reached out to customer service around the delivery and i have to say Liv was amazing, kind and helpful. Thank you Liv.

I haven't received my bed yet and was concerned when I didn't receive a confirmation email. I emailed them through their website and Hatley replied really quickly with the confirmation. Only knocked it down a star because if I'd have automatically received the confirmation, I wouldn't have had to contact them and have the unnecessary worry. Looking forward to my new bed : )

The bed arrived in a timely manner and I began to build it but unfortunately I damaged 3 of the parts in the process (completely my fault - nothing wrong with the parts themselves). Sophie and Harley at Happy Beds were fantastic. They asked for all the necessary info and soon raised a request for replacement items. Within a week they were delivered – free of charge I might add – and my daughters are delighted with their new bunk bed. I couldn't recommend Happy Beds highly enough.

I broke a part and contacted Happy Beds. They kept ne updated on what was happening and are replacing the part that I broke. I can't rate them highly enough Good product and great customer service.

Had an issue with a broken bed and contacted customer support. Sophie was excellent, kept us informed of the process and then arranged a replacement. Despite being disappointed with the breakage, was very impressed with customer service.

The customer service provided by Paige was excellent! I needed a 2 man delivery and must have selected the one man delivery by mistake so I rang the customer service number and got through pretty quickly. Paige reassured me that the 2 man delivery had now been put on my delivery instructions and she took the required payment over the phone which afterwards I was sent an email to confirm as well as an email to confirm the nature of our conversation and the new instructions. Paige was efficient and helpful so thanks 🙏 a lot for your patience and understanding.

I ordered a bed but I put the wrong delivery address on it, so it was easy to Fill in the amendment form and within 10 minutes it was sorted out by (Sophie). Excellent customer service.

The customer service was fab. You get through on the phone right away and they really do go out of their way to solve any issues when ordering. I was given a solution which involved a refund for delivery and it was processed immediately. The follow up email to merge my orders into one was processed by a lovely lady (Sophie) who responded in a flash to my request. When do you get such immediate, helpful and cheerful service these days. I will keep my eye on this company for more purchases.

This is the second time I have purchased bunkbeds from Happy Beds and on both occasions I have been impressed with their service. The last occasion I had trouble in achieving the delivery date that I wanted, but using their online chat service which was manned by Chloe she got me through to a position that I was able to get the delivery exactly, and when I wanted, I thank her for bearing with me as my IT skills aren't that good Date of experience: 14 February 2024

I placed an order with Happy Beds and ended up needing to bring forward my delivery date by one week. I completed the online 'contact us' form. Liv from customer services get in touch the following day and offered a new date and get everything arranged for us. Thanks Liv for your speedy response!
