I would never order from this company again! The bed was awful and delivery was even worse. I paid extra for delivery to the bedroom of my choice and the three delivery men who arrived refused to take the items to the room. When I called customer service they were no help at all. They told me I’d receive a call back and I never did. I really wish I hadn’t of wasted the money on this company.

Sadly my experience with ‘Happy Beds’ was far from happy. Unfortunately, their terms and conditions should be read with acute detail. Sadly, the mattress that we ordered failed to fit up our staircase to our bedroom. Clearly we were disappointed, however, the delivery people insisted that it was not a problem and Happy beds would gladly take back the item. We were very appreciative and even tipped the delivery men £10 for trying to assist us. However, to my surprise and disappointment, later that afternoon I received a phone call from ‘Grabby Beds’ saying I needed to pay them £60 for the return and that the ‘brand new’ unwrapped mattress was of no use to them and that they would need to dispose of it. What an absolute madness and not to mention if true an environmentally toxic business model. Their customer service was, anachronistic, mindless, unsympathetic, inflexible and nonsensical. Do not buy from this firm.

Poor quality product. Bought an orthopaedic mattress for £200 that lasted for less than a year. Contacted them and they've done nothing although I showed them pictures of the middle of the mattress going down. They state they provide a 5 years warranty which is a big fat lie based on my awful experience with them . Avoid as the plague

Happybeds is cherry picking happy customers to leave reviews in return for free gifts. This may skew the rating on this page. This company is terrible customer services, chiki, and rude, I wouldnt advice to anyone to buy in here

Fab service from happy beds! Lots of update emails about delivery before the day came and on the day the bed was delivered on time with a phone call from the delivery man! They help to carry boxes up stairs, couldn’t be happier with the service! The bed was simple enough to put together, mainly by my husband and I helped with lining up larger parts etc! My girls love their bed and we have had so many compliments! The bed is well made and looks great too! 👍🏼

I strongly advise not to buy items in this company. I bought a mattress medium firm and I received a firm, like a rock, it is impossible to sleep in it. I checked with other companies online which sell the same mattress and they confirm its firm. Happy Beds want me to pay the delivery for return the item when they sold me a wrong item. Thief

My son loves his bed, but unfortunately one of the steps broke a year in. The customer service was fantastic, a new part was sent immediately.

We had a great service with Happy Beds. We were advised of the delivery date & time and it turned up as advised. The bed was great quality & value for money & fairly simple to put together with no parts missing which helped.

Do not risk your money or time. If something goes wrong, and it will, nobody will care and their refund process is designed to make you jump through hoops. The half-term week we stay in with the kids for this bed to arrive. It arrives with a duplicate box 3, which means we cannot build the bed. The team tell us that we will get a callback that day to confirm the third box being replaced. No call came. We rang them, they had gone home. We had to complain by finding out multiple employees emails as their contact system sends you down various rabbit holes designed to avoid you contacting them. After much noise Jade from Customer Support emailed me and then called my wife and made a promise that the missing parcel would be with us the following day. Even when confirming the missing box they got this wrong. We tsayed in all day only for this not to arrive and it took us phone calls to their courier company to realise the parcel was in south England, we are midlands and it won't be delivered. We have contacted Happy Beds who have told us they have shipped it on time, and they blame their courier company. Nobody can help, no idea when it will come, no compensation and when I said they can come and collect the boxes, they ranted on about a refund process involving photos of the boxes and packaging and that we need to send an email. All designed to avoid taking any responsibility. As i write this, I have no idea when this parcel will arrive or even what the contents of the boxes we have will look like. Next step will be legal. AVOID. Don't risk your money, go to a high street retailer where you can go in and get support and have real protection.

can't believe the utter disgrace of this company! spent hundreds on a bed which broke less than 6 months after purchase. company won't replace the part after consistently blaming me for the break. I'm now sat with a headboard that has broken parts of wood inside the fabric and a bed that is not suitable to use! avoid at all costs

If possible I would leave zero stars. First order arrived severely damaged, was sorted quickly however second order arrived a week later also damaged (box was battered). My three year old had now been without a bed for a week. Upon delivery the delivery men had not been instructed to take the old bed away despite happy beds informing me that this would be the case. I now have two large damaged beds blocking my hallway for possibly the next 20 days. Needing a bed desperately I agreed to possibly keeping the second bed for a discount. Happy beds have offered £15 for the damage on a £215 bed!!! Absolutely disgusted with this offer.

Incomplete parts sent to make bunk beds. Totally incompetent customer services team. So frustrated I don’t think they have any intention of sending the missing parts. I have now read so many bad reviews on this company I wish I had looked before I bought the beds. Totally disgraceful how they are still operating.

I bought two mattresses from Happy Beds. They arrived on time as prescribed and have proven to be excellent quality. All of our guests have commented on how comfortable they are.

errible company terrible customer service. Paid for a bed and waited two weeks for delivery. Delivery drivers were not careful when delivering and even though I paid extra for two man delivery two people came but one man dragged each box upstairs. They sent me the wrong boxes and couldn't send anyone to collect for another week when collecting only could send one man so I had to get all the boxes back downstairs. Boxes collected waited a week for a refund still not received so called and advised not processed as I didnt email them to advise its been collected even though they knew exact date of collection and so will have to wait another week for my money they have had my money for 5 weeks! Staff are rude and unhelpful and no proactive in resolving the issues putting it on on me and numerous calls and emails I'm still waiting for my money. Buy your bed elsewhere. Not happy at all. Definitely not happy beds!

Excellent Customer Services, very good price for a quality item. The whole experience was first class from ordering to delivery. Would definitely use again. The Bunk Bed has been a welcome addition for many sleepovers for the Grandchildren.
