“Great experience with Happy Beds. 2years and a half since purchasing the bed the pistons stopped working and after raising it with Happy Beds and going through their complaints process 2 new pistons have been delivered at my door. Finally a company that follows their warranty promise through. Thank you to Sophie and the team.”

“Just been chatting on live chat with Liv from Happy Beds. She has been so helpful! It is quite a minefield when choosing a mattress and frame, especially when you are purchasing online. Liv has given me a ton of advice and guided me in the right direction for purchasing a new bed for my daughter. Thank you Liv, your service has been great!”

“One of the draws was damaged on the bed we purchased from ask. I contacted ask I spoke to a girl called Sophie she was very helpful and got a replacement sent out straight away. Thanks”

“We had a problem with our ottoman bed frame mechanism after about 18 months, we contacted Happy Beds and spoke with Paige & Jack who were very efficient and helpful in rectifying the issue directly with the manufacturer and arranging a new bed frame to bed sent to us. I couldn’t be more pleased and I would not hesitate in buying from Happy Beds again in the future 👍🏼😁”
