“I ordered a new ottoman bed which was delivered slightly damaged. It wasn't cheap, so I called customer service and they were so apologetic and have really tried their best to get me a discount. The process was quick, easy and friendly. Aimee was amazing! Thank you -x-”

“I purchased a bed and wardrobe from Happy Beds and am extremely happy with my purchase, my son absolutely loves his new bus bed and it was fairly easy to assemble, even by myself. However, upon building the bed I realised that the wardrobe would not fit in the room. I decided to return the wardrobe. Even though I sent the return before being issued with an email to instruct me on specifically what to do, and so didn’t comply fully to what Happy Beds wanted for their returns process, I was contacted by Aimee and reassured that all was good and I was issued with my refund. Really happy with the service provided and the furniture is very good quality, so couldn’t ask for more.”

“Ordered a bed. Delivery arrived. Boxes were soaking wet, covered in dirt and mud. I refused delivery. Delivery driver (Panther transport) got aggressive. Told them to leave and take damaged good with them. the boxes were so wet and dirty they left water and mud on my hallway. Called Happy Beds and the customer service agents are so defensive and rude with very bad attitude. I said to them if you treat me like this I will cancel order. they said that's fine and order is cancelled by them. DONT bother dealing with this unprofessional company. Customer service is non existence. If you have a problem they do not bother helping”

“After a year of the bunk bed in a 2 singles configuration, I wanted to put the beds into a bunk configuration but had misplaced the assembly instructions and Aimee very swiftly responded to my email. Thank you! Also had a missing part and was replaced swiftly.”

“We purchased our Pegasus High Sleeper in November 2021 and it is fantastic. Great solid bed with good storage space and desk. I contacted customer services recently as we needed a copy of the assembly as we are moving house and need to take apart and put back together - Aimee was wonderful, super quick and helpful service - Thankyou!”

“When we assembled the bed, we found that a cam lock was missing but Aimee was very efficient and contacted the manufacturer immediately, and we received spares in the post two days later. The description of the bed and the mattress are correct, and I am very satisfied with them both. The delivery men were very helpful which was good, as the packages were really heavy. Overall, I was very impressed with the Service and the product, and would buy from Happy Beds again.”
