“Took payment for bed and mattress, then 2 weeks later after we have sold our current bed and arranged pick up the day after Happy beds were delivering our new bed, they called and said the bed was discontinued. TWO WEEKS AFTER THEY TOOK OUR MONEY AND COULD NOT PROVIDE THE ADVERTISED PRODUCT. Then when I asked to speak to a manager about the situation the consultant said that the manager was ‘in a meeting’ I then said that there can’t only be one manager in the whole business and she said that both managers were in the same meeting and would call me back when finished. Surprise, no one called. This company has taken our money and then inconvenienced us severely and then did not take responsibility for the situation. Absolutely shocking customer service.”

“I waited in two full days for a bed and mattress to be delivered. Neither date agreed did I receive any items from Happy Beds. After contacting the courier and Happy Beds to rearrange multiple times they still failed to deliver. What a terrible service, horrible customer support and to top it off I was threatened with charges to cancel my order. Even considering at no point was I at fault...”

“Ordered mattress over two weeks ago. Was given a 5 day delivery window!!! No sign of delivery at all nor any contact. Called on last delivery date to check and they said the order was stuck in the system. They couldn’t provide a clear future delivery date so I cancelled. I’m awaiting a full refund. I wouldn’t recommend using this company.”

“Delivered a useless cheap product which is not safe (on a kid product get paint stain even by light touch) after making to wait for 6 weeks. Failed to collect the product for nearly 1 month. After 2 failed attempts, had to escalate the issue. Horrible customer service, keep repeating Ts&Cs like a robot. No decency to accept failure and a practical sense to solve the issue. Stay away!”

“I bought a bed for £450 so thought I was buying a decent bed. The bed is absolutely appalling manufacturing. It has solid corner posts but the middle section is literally cardboard! It's all out of shape, crushed all inside and looks terrible. I complained and after 3 months of constant chasing them I was told its not a manufacturing issue and no replacement or refund would be issued. I've never left a review before but I'm horrified at this company and don't want anyone else to lose money like we have. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY”

“If I could leave 0 stars I would. I am left without a mattress when my parents are coming tomorrow. I took 3 days off work as the delivery company can show up from 8 am to 6 pm. When actually they do not show up at all and let me know 5 days later that the mattress has been damaged. I then receive a guarantee that a new mattress would be delivered, another day off work later, the mattress is not delivered. This has been dragging for now more than 10 days. This is just an appalling service! SHOCKING!”

“It’s always a gamble when using a new online firm but had no nasty surprises here. Ordering was easy. Delivery service was excellent and the only issue with the bed was some manufacturing damage which was very minor and once built, couldn’t be seen. Building was a pain in a small room and took over two hours. (Who knew there was a steel frame on an ottoman bed) Once up the bed looked very good and the mattress was as firm as I’d been hoping. I have no problem recommending Happy Beds based on my experience with them.”

“Bought a bed on the 12th of February and paid through Amazon £9.99 for delivery. The day the delivery came my wife took a day off work and the delivery driver said he cannot bring it up the stairs to a first floor flat. I got a phone call later stating it would be more money for a two man delivery to re deliver the bed which would be £50. I asked to cancel the delivery and they have now said it is £80 to cancel it. I still do not have my bed absolutely horrible company do not ever buy off theses there customer service is none existent. I wish I never bought off them now. God knows what the bed will be like.”

“Easy to buy on the site. Had an email saying it had processed. Had an email for the delivery date day before and it said i would have a text with a slot on the day which i did and it came within that slot. The first bed came all looked ok until i opened the head board which was damaged emailed happy beds and spoke Jade who was really helpful sent more pics of the packaging with codes of the bit that was damaged (if any boxes are damaged by the delivery ppl dont accept write damaged in the box) had to wait few days for them to chase resending the part out but they kept in contact with me and let me know etc. Had an email back resending my part out, which arrived 4 working days after my one came damaged which was really good. Only random thing i said to the driver was he taking the original head board as i got that ready outside and he said yes but jumped in his van and off he went, not sure if he understood me so that giant Ravello head boards in the garage. I put this together on my own the draws took me about 35mins there solid and good quality so is the bed frame, the only downside is the stitching on the head board is a little gappy so may need to add a few stitches in but for what you pay its still worth it and the quality is still really good. It looks awesome in my new decorated room a great focus point and I bought a new simba which fits spot on. Many thanks happy beds 😊”

“I wouldn't even give 1 star they delivered half a bed wish I hadn't taken the parcel they said it would take up to 12 says to locate the other half when I said I want my money back they said I had to put it in writing pay for and arrange for this parcel to go back and then wait for money will take a month discusted”

“How this company are getting away with treating and talking to costumers the way they do in this day an age is unbalivable really! Please please stay away from this company sleep on the floor if you have to they can’t get away with this anymore! Paid a lot of money for a bed that still isn’t here after 2 months and you’d think it was my fault! Wow just wow! I need to say it again but please please please take your money somewhere else!!”

“Absolutely Superb, Happy Beds were fantastic, from being able to design our very own bed to getting our children bunk beds. Everything we wanted was in stock and we could pick a specific day for delivery so we knew when it was coming. Very Helpful delivery drivers and easy to follow assembly instructions. Already recommended all my family and friends to check them out.”

“They didn’t deliver the bed when they were supposed to and then said they would deliver the next day, and then failed to deliver again. They left it so late they actually couldn’t deliver me a matress for Christmas as I needed. Poor communication, then they told me I’d have to wait until next week for a refund as it was close to Christmas. Dreadful communication, I had to chase them every st p of the way, and poor customer service. Don’t buy from these people - they are not honest”

“DO NOT USE!! The beds are cheap for a reason! Worst customer experience ever so don't even try to speak to anyone if something goes wrong as the managers are always 'unavailable as they are in a meeting'! Constant lies and trying to grab more money off you.. haven't received my bed but glad I haven't if this is the companies pocket that I would be lining!! many of their 5 star reviews ar written by themselves!”

“Happy bed's basically acused me of being a fraudster and told me to take my bussniess else where purely because I was paying with an international visa card. It was dealt with so poorly and would never recommend happy beds to anyone.”

“Steer Clear of These Time Wasting Cowboys Poor, very poor. Ordered, paid for and confirmed a new bed almost a month ago for delivery this week. Just been told that the bed is no longer in stock and can not be supplied. Should change name to unhappy beds! Poor service, poor communication and time wasted. I would steer clear of these time wasting cowboys and use a company who can deliver on their promises.”

“The company is fantastic and cannot do enough. The products are great at excellent prices, the courier department is professional and polite and communication is good providing updates all way along. Ordeted a few times and will do so again .”
