The ordering process was so easy, and when I had an issue with not receiving a confirmation email, Aimee from customer service replied quickly and with both an emailed and pdf copy. Such a quick delivery time too!

We had a problem wirh a bed after 9 months, however Aimee at Happy Beds explained the procedure, what info was required and timescales for replies. The details was immediately passed to the manufacturer and within a couple of days Aimee had arranged a full refund. It was nice to have the same person contacting you each time. Complaint couldn't have been handled better.

After Sales Customer Service was excellent. I dealt with Aimee and Lizzy and they were quick to respond and arrange for the missing items to be mailed out to me. Would recommend this company to friends and family.

Really good customer service from Aimee. I had an issue with my order and she dealt with the matter promptly and to my complete satisfaction. Could have been a stressful experience but it went very smoothly and I would definitely use the company again due to its customer service.

We found the quality of the beds and the timeliness of delivery to be excellent, this being the second time we have used happy beds. On this occasion, there was an item missing from our delivery and Aimee from customer services quickly sent out the missing item. We will use happy beds again.

I ordered the wrong sized bed last night and was really worried about it not being cancelled after emailing in. I called this morning and spoke to Liv who was super friendly very understanding and efficient. I’m always reluctant to purchase things online especially beds as usually we’ve had really bad experiences with other companies but Liv at happy beds really took the stress away. Thank you

Customer service is excellent. We received parts for the wrong bed and didn’t realise until after the 14 day returns period due to delays moving in to our house. Aimee got in touch the next day and has arranged to have the box exchanged for the correct parts. Reliable company

I bought this bed a while before I was able to build it - delivered 13th April. I asked about the 15 day limit in reporting missing/faulty bits. No probs - they doubled it to 30 days and said just get back to them if I needed to have it extended further. When I did eventually build it - 26th July - there was a faulty nut. No probs - they arranged for the manufacturer to send a replacement. It never arrived - problems with the shipping company. No probs - they arranged for the manufacturer to send another replacement. All of the Customer Service staff I dealt with were really helpful and courteous - especially Liv and Olivia. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I had an issue with the third party delivery company ( Panther ) which then were not overly concerned with solving. I then called Happy Beds to relay my frustration and to try and resolve the matter. I spoke with Olivia (Liv) who listened carefully and began to find a way through the problem. She took he time and her responses seemed considered and thought through. After taking in my conversation she went away to look for solutions. Ultimately after a few more minutes of further conversation with got to a point were an acceptable outcome could be reached. On top of that Liv emailed me all the options available to me and I was able to read through and correspond back to her with my decision. In short I was so frustrated with Panther I was calling to cancel the order and make alternative plans but Liv's professionalism and empathy toward the issue got me to reconsider. Thank you

My experience was far from Happy with this company. I paid extra for the mattress to be delivered and put in the bedroom. I live in a terrace house with straight stairs and normal size doors. On delivery I was advised that they would not be able to get the mattress up the stairs into the room and they could either leave it in the living room or take it away. As I live on my own I advised that they would need to take it away. I then recieved an email from Happy beds to say I can either pay £50.00 for it to be redelivered or £120.00 for cancelling my order!!! as per the terms and conditions. At no point did the mattres ever leave the comfort of the back of the lorry and you are not advised of these charges by the courier as they do not work for Happy Beds. So please think twice before paying for delivery and mattress removal unless you live in a bungalow with massive doors and no corners or a big tent you will be disappointed and out of pocket also you will probably have to sleep in the living room.

I purchased a bed from happy beds but had an issue with the 3rd party delivery company. I rang customer services for some information and spoke to a lady name Liv. She was absolutely fantastic and sorted the problem out within a couple of minutes. So a big thanks to liv 👍

We purchased a bed for our child from this company and arrived faulty. They blamed us for not assembling the bed properly and asked us to send all the videos and photos, which did and they said safety latch issue. They keep saying that but not telling where and how. We had invited a carpenter friend to look at the bed and manual and if there is any issues. He confirmed that everything was done properly and the bed was faulty. After chasing for a week, they refuse to accept the faulty bed back, refused to provide the parts, and refused to provide us a refund. They are not obliging to the 14 days distance selling regulations? We are now taking this further and going to The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations Authorities. Very poor customer service and very very BAD bed company.
