“Can't fault happy beds. Delivery was spot on. Had an issue with a part, so emailed them. Sophie from customer services has been ourstanding and issue resolved within days of delivery! My little boy loves his new bed. Only problem is, i now need to get another one for my youngest ! Worth it though, happy with the style and quality. Thankyou”

“The website was easy to use and customer services (Lizzy) was very patient and helpful when there was a potential issue with the delivery and a missing part. Well done to Lizzy for a great performance. Issue was Panther who arrived very late and seemed very stressed.”

“The test and measure of an organisation or business is not when everything goes well, but when there is a problem. The footboard on our bed had a fault. We were asked by Sophie at Happy Beds to provide photos of the issue, the packaging the item came in and some narrative around the issue. Sophie reviewed our problem and together with the manufacturer supplied and delivered a replacement footboard. We would like to compliment Sophie and Happy Beds for their excellent service. Thank you”

“Happy beds were excellent. The single bed with drawers underneath we bought for our daughter was a quality product, but unfortunately appeared to have been damaged in transit. Aimee in the Customer Service team was very quick to help rectify the situation, arranging for replacement parts to be sent out quickly and she was professional and friendly throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend Happy Beds to others for their customer service!”

“It was my second purchase from Happy Beds and I’m absolutely happy with customer service from very beginning to the end. Decent price for good quality products, excellent delivery and very helpful staff. We had couple questions about our last purchase and Sophie and Paige were very quick and professional. They responded to my email so quickly, explained all details and solved issues. Thank you for your help, Sophie and Paige! “We incurred a few quality issues with the bed that we ordered once we went to assemble it. Sophie and Liv were very helpful, prompt in their response and provided excellent customer service to try and rectify the issues that we incurred. Overall I am very pleased with the way I have been treated and would encourage fellow consumers to use Happy Beds but to never be afraid to reach out if there is an issue as you will be treated fairly and respectfully. “I bought a bed from happy beds about five years ago. A year ago we took the bed apart and put it in the loft. We took the bed out of the loft one Sunday evening to put back together. But when we got the bed out. I couldn’t find the screws that join it all together 🤦🏻‍♀️ I rang happy beds on the Wednesday explaining what has happened. I spoke with a lady called Liz. Once Liz found my order number. She said she would send me a email asking for what screws I required. The email came through within 10 minutes. I replied straight away. By Friday all screws that were missing were delivered and some extra screws were put in the parcel. I wasn’t charged for the screws or postage. I would definitely recommend happy beds. Speedy delivery. Perfect customer service. Liz who I spoke to was so friendly and helpful. I spoke with her on the Wednesday and all screws were with me by Friday. Thank you so much Liz. You are more than 5 stars ⭐️”
