“So happy with my son’s new bed. Arrived in literally two days after I ordered and was fairly straight forward to put together. The delivery men were really polite and friendly. I’d definitely pay for the specific room drop. They took it up in literally minutes. It would have taken me forever. Big thank you to Sophie who supplied me with a new handle as it was an Ottoman bed, as I my mistakenly threw the original away. Really great company and staff”

“Can't fault happy beds. Delivery was spot on. Had an issue with a part, so emailed them. Sophie from customer services has been ourstanding and issue resolved within days of delivery! My little boy loves his new bed. Only problem is, i now need to get another one for my youngest ! Worth it though, happy with the style and quality. Thankyou”

“The test and measure of an organisation or business is not when everything goes well, but when there is a problem. The footboard on our bed had a fault. We were asked by Sophie at Happy Beds to provide photos of the issue, the packaging the item came in and some narrative around the issue. Sophie reviewed our problem and together with the manufacturer supplied and delivered a replacement footboard. We would like to compliment Sophie and Happy Beds for their excellent service. Thank you”

“Happy beds were excellent. The single bed with drawers underneath we bought for our daughter was a quality product, but unfortunately appeared to have been damaged in transit. Aimee in the Customer Service team was very quick to help rectify the situation, arranging for replacement parts to be sent out quickly and she was professional and friendly throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend Happy Beds to others for their customer service!”
