Sophie at Happy Beds provided me with an invaluable service. I had ordered 2 of the same beds and she rang me to check whether I did indeed want two of the same product. I didn't! Well spotted. Thank you Sophie!

There was a part missing in my order and I was very disappointed when I called Happy Beds but the lady I spoke to on the phone, who was called Lizzie, was excellent and explained that a new part would be ordered straight away. I was surprised at how quickly it was sorted and really grateful for Lizzie who put my mind to rest straight away. Thanks a lot! Really professional service and the bed itself is excellent, really sturdy, excellent storage and my daughter loves it. Once the missing piece arrives it will be perfect.

I was looking for a tv bed and was unsure of which one I wanted. I connected with Sophie from Customer Services and gave her the spec of what I was looking for. within a short time, she had found a selection of beds for me to choose from. Although I haven't quite made a choice, I was happy with the selection Sophie found for me. Excellent service, extremely helpful and polite.

I inadvertently made 2 separate orders and requested in the notes whether the orders could be combined. Jack and Aimee, in the customer support team, responded very quickly to confirm everything would be delivered together and reimbursed the second delivery charge! Amazing!! Thank you and look forward to receiving my new beds!

I bought a single bedframe for my son in August 2023 and after a few months the bed started squeaking. I did not have time until last week to email Happy Beds, and when I did they showed since the very first email and intrinsic unwillingness to assist. Their bed is clearly substandard and they are just not accepting this and issuing a refund as well as a sincere apology for the inconvenience they are causing. I emailed them everything they needed, including 3 videos clearly showing the bed squeaking and they are suggesting it's the mattress, which is not even being touched in one of the videos which proves them totally wrong (they are stating that the squeaking comes from the mattress)!!!! I asked to speak to a manager and I was refused this option. I am going to have to take further actions against these people through trading standards and the ombudsman and they are not owning up to the very poor bedframe and customer service they have provided to me so far. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

LET DOWN BY THIS SUPPLIER AS THEY SENT ME PLENTY OF MESSAGES STATING DELIVERY DAY AND TIME, ONLY TO BE TOLD ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY THEY DONT HAVE THE ITEM IN STOCK!!! DONT WORRY ABOUT THE CUSTOMER HAVING TO TAKE A DAY OF WORK TO WAIT IN, NOTHING BUT EXCUSES APPARENTLY THESE THINGS HAPPEN FROM TIME TO TIME, WELL I HEARD IT ALL NOW BEST BE DELIVERED WITHIN THE TIME FRAME AND BEST ITS NOT DAMAGED!

We purchased a TV bed from Happy Beds but whilst putting it up realised the remote wasn't working so I emailed them to request a replacement remote. It was 30 mins before customer service closed on a Saturday afternoon so I wasn't expecting a reply for a few days (automated reply said 48 hours) however I got an almost immediate response from Chloe who was really helpful. She suggested some trouble shooting options and asked for a video showing the remote not working. Due to the file being too large to send via email I was given a number to send it via WhatsApp. Chloe responded to each of my emails really promptly and arranged for a new remote to be sent out within a few days under the bed guarantee. She was very polite and made the whole issue hassle free. Thank you for great customer service!
