“Vikki was marverlous with the children who enjoyed all the events. where does she get her energy. this was one of the best Children's Entertainment we have had at our club for a long time. thank you. I would recommend them to anyone for a good children's party.”

“Our entertainer Kate was punctual, professional and wonderful with the children! She remained calm and in control throughout the whole process and did some wonderfully fun and original games with the children. To entertain 18 little ones for 2 hours so well is very impressive. Our daughter had the best party!”

“Charlotte was absolutely fantastic. The kids immediately got attached to Charlotte. It was really a fantastic idea to involve the parents as well and the party turned out to be a great success. We would definitely recommend Charlotte from Kinder parties to anyone as she is very brilliant and fantastic with the kids. Maria”

“We had a lovely fairy party for my little girls 3rd birthday and we all had an amazing time. The entertainer arrived early to set up and meet my daughter who truly believed a real fairy had come to see her! Esme really did have a magical party and all her friends loved the dancing, fairy games, bubbles and glitter tattoos. Thank you so much for making Esme's day!”

“We had a wonderful party with Happy Kinder for my Grandson's 6th birthday. The service from start to finish was so friendly and efficient. Our entertainer did an amazing job of keeping 25 children engaged and happy for a whole 2 hours. We had so many compliments from Mums and Dads and we were able to relax. Thank you Happy Kinder! We will definitely be recommending you to others!”

“I found Louisa super to deal with in terms of all of the co-ordination ahead of our Corporate children's Christmas party. Nothing was too much of a problem and all the details were communicated accurately onto the entertainers. The two entertainers Kate and Katy were both fantastic and all of the children (ranging from little ones right up to 10 years) were kept engaged, amused and interested throughout. We had a Santa visit take place during the event also and Kate was uber patient with me interrupting her every few minutes to ask her to call out the next group of children for their Santa visit whilst simultaneously going around the table doing the little glitter transfers on the childrens' arms. We've had lots of positive feedback from our employees who brought their children along on the evening and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Happy Kinder Parties to friends or colleagues! They did an excellent job overall.”

“We used kinder parties last year for my daughters 4th birthday party and she was amazing best party entertainer I had seen had lots of friends asking about her and being a hair dresser had recommended you to lots of Clinet’s the past year. We had katy come this time to our daughters 5th birthday party, she was friendly and smiley but didn’t do any of the song’s or dances I had asked for I did ask half way through the party if she would be doing them but just told me what she had planed, my daughter loves dancing Action songs but she only did one, she seemed very flusted and a bit stressed and the children couldn’t hear her as she had no microphone I’m sure last year the lady did, also her sound box kept cutting out but she said it was the hall not her box but later told my husband it had be in her car over night in Zero temp and was cutting out the power as it had got damp, so we didn’t have any music for first half of the party, the children seemed to have fun but was a shame half the time they didn’t really know what they were doing because they could hear her. Also my daughter loves supergirl but knew she wasn’t her because had dark hair that was very messy and her costume had seen better days or needed a wash, it’s hard to tell I still 4 year old why she didn’t look like her, she enjoyed it though but I was just a bit disappointed as my standers were so high based on last year,”

Dear Carla, I am so sorry to read your review. I have tried to contact you so please let me know when you are available and hopefully we can talk then. I am so sorry to hear about the sound system cutting out. That certainly is not what should have happened at all. I have spoken to Katy and she has confirmed that the sound system was kept in the car the previous night as she unfortunately forgot to take it out after her party on the evening of the previous day. That was also combined with a freezing night where it snowed heavily, which obviously made an impact on the sound system. She was unaware of this problem and after trying the socket with the sound system and it not fully working, she tried the lights from the Christmas tree that was standing there in the same socket and they did not switch on either. Therefore, she incorrectly presumed that it was the socket and not the sound system. I do apologise for this, but wanted to let you know it was a genuine mistake and she was not trying to shift the blame for the sound system not working. It was only when your husband asked her if the sound system had been in the car overnight and he told her that may have made the parts damp that she realised that was the problem. She did however mention that although the sound system cut out about 4 or 5 times, it did get going again quickly so the party was not without music for very long, which is a great relief to hear. It is however definitely not how it should be though, so please do get into contact with me when you can so we can arrange a part refund for your party. I’m so sorry to hear that you thought Katy’s hair was messy and her costume had seen better days. I have asked for the costume to be sent in to the office so we can check it and get it replaced. Katy usually takes so much pride in her appearance and I have asked her to send through her selfie to me that all the entertainers take at the beginning of their parties. Although we offer certain characters, they are a tribute to the character and for trademark and copyright purposes we are not able to offer original characters. We try to make this clear on our booking process, and in our terms and conditions, but I do apologise if this was not made clear for you when you booked. I spoke to Katy about the party dances you mentioned in your review, and she said she made her party plan to the requests you made, which was dancing to Little Mix songs, “What’s the Time Mr Wolf” and “Pass the Parcel”. She made sure all these were included and party dances such as Cha Cha slide. I’m sorry if she missed something you said on the phone, but these are the only items listed on your booking form as special requests. I’m so glad to hear that Ivy enjoyed her party. We really do try and keep our standards at the top, so you were right to have such high standards. I’m so sorry to not have met them this time, and if you would like to discuss this further please do get in touch or reply to the email I sent you. “Vicky was brilliant, from the moment the party started she had the children engaged and they were with her right through to when she finished. She used a wide range of props and music so the children were fully stimulated and excited. She was full energy and enthusiasm, and obviously adores children as she really connected with them all. I liked that I didn’t have to commit to a full 2 hours and could have an hour and a half. I highly recommend this company.”

“AMasdive thank you to Vicky, our 7yr old, loved his rock star party! We contacted Happy Kinder to see if they could run with theme and they rose to the challenge. Vicky was fantastic, she kept the children entertained throughout, with a fab variety of games and activities and even made a game of getting them to the table for their food! This is the first time we've used an entertainer and it made it so stress free on the day. In the words of my son 'this was my best birthday party ever.' We had lots of great comments the children and parents too. Would highly recommend Happy Kinder parties. Thank you”
