“Kate was a fantastic Princess Leia entertainer. She was punctual, very professional and age-appropriate. Great activities and Frankie felt very special. kids were fully entertained for the whole time, so the parents could chill out together and enjoy the party too!”

“Jules attended our son's party and she was absolutely fantastic! Her enthusiasm was great - and it was such a help to have her around during the food (when most other entertainers have a 'down time'). She arrived early to set up and dealt with my children's enthusiastic questions amazingly! The games were great - and when the children were afraid of the parachute games, she quickly changed pace to match their preferences. I would book Kinder Parties again, and would love to have Jules back! Thank you for a stress free party!”

“When I first heard from my friend about happy kinder I thought I give it a try for my daughter , last year we booked for frozen Elsa ,she was brilliant , she came half hour early setted up ,the kids all thought she was brilliant , my neighbour came over and said she was worth the money . This year I book rapunzel for 8 children, she was half hour late didnt do half the party events that were done last event , she didn't make balloons for all the kids ,no glitter tattoo , all the sponge tattoo were not something the kids were happy with, no balls , the sweets were not veg (gelatin) . I booked for 2hr which I got ,but not very happy with this character .”

Dear Aisia, I am so very sorry to read your review. I have spoken to Jay Dee your entertainer, who was very upset to read your comments. I am so sorry Jay Dee was late. She told me that there was a West Ham football match in your area which she hadn't accounted for, so although she left an extra hour than needed, the traffic was standstill. This is of course not your problem and I would be happy to give you a part refund to compensate for her late arrival. Jay Dee also mentioned that you said the children were staying until 6pm, so she offered to entertain them for extra time on top of the 2 hour booking to make up for her arriving late which she did. Normally we do balloon modelling for the first 5-10 minutes and then get going with the party activities.The problem with balloon models, is sometimes clients want games and activities that include all the children, instead of one on one activity like balloon modelling. We can of course make balloons for each child, but just need to be told that that is what you want. As it wasn't mentioned in the booking requests, and you didn't mention it to Jay Dee on the introductory phone call, or on the day, Jay Dee was unaware this is what you wanted. Jules went around the table doing glitter tattoos for the children as they ate. The glitter tattoos are applied with sponge as it is face paint. We can provide temporary tattoos if they are requested, but have found that using face-paint glitter tattoos is better, in case any of the guests are not allowed temporary tattoos, as they wash off easily. Jay Dee felt that as the children were 9 they were a little old for the ball game, however if this game was requested she could have of course included it in the party. Jay Dee had Haribo mini-packs for the pass the parcel, as these are made in a nut free environment which we have found to be the best to use as it seems to be such a common allergy nowadays. We do have parties that request different sweets, or even a parcel without anything edible, which we can cater for without a problem. If we had been made aware that the children were vegetarian she would have packed the parcel with different sweets. Luckily Jay Dee had Starburst sweets on her which she swapped for the vegetarian children so they didn't have to miss out. I am sorry for your disappointment and really hope the explanations above help. Jay Dee is very upset as said you and the children seemed happy on the day, and she is also very grateful for the tip you gave her. Thank you for taking the time to give feedback. “A wonderful party. My 5 year old had a magnificent time. Chelsea was superb, and managed a selection of 4,5 and 7 year olds with ease. Other parents at the party commented on how lovely it was. Many thanks indeed!”

“A massive thank you to Helena ('Whoopsy') for entertaining the kids at our son's birthday party. She planned some great activities based on our conversation a few days earlier and we had a room full of happy kids as a result. “Alyssa had a great party today, our entertainer Katie was fantastic! Katie was enthusiastic and didn't stop at all for the whole 2 hours, when the children sat down to eat she went round and gave each child a glitter tattoo. The games were fun and varied and everyone had a great time ???? Thank you!”

“My son (7) and all his friends really enjoyed the party! They were engaged by the entertainer for the full 2 hours, and were exhausted by the end of it. It was fun, crazy, had them up doing games, dancing, magic, laughs, etc. Kate was brilliant with all the children and was also great at remembering their names. I thought that with 25 children there would be the odd one that didn't get involved, but they all did! Would definitely recommend you, even the adults enjoyed it!”

“The children's entertainers were amazing. Jemima kept the children entertained non-stop for 2 hours! Other parents were extremely impressed too and most of all, the children seemed totally comfortable and entranced by them throughout. Thank you very much!”

“I cannot thank Kate, our entertainer, enough. She engaged the children from the start and held their interest for the entire party, and they all had so much fun. Moreover, she stayed on at the end of the party to do balloon modelling to ensure every child got a balloon model who wanted one. The party was cleverly themed throughout. This is our second Happy Kinder Party with Kate and she has been incredible both times. I would recommend HKP to everyone who wants professional, friendly service throughout the organisational process and a brilliant children's party.”

“My Daughter was very delighted that Snow White was at her Birthday party, she didn't stop talking about the experience for ages. Snow White was amazing, she made time for every child who attended the party. I had parents telling me how their child loved Angel's party and wanted Snow White to come to their next Birthday party. I certainly would recommend to a friend.”

“Outstanding entertaining provided, we had 20 kids aged between 5 and 7 and all parents could really enjoy for 2 hours!!! They were very happy With the games and I have had lots of feedback from other parents on how much they all enjoyed :-)”

“I couldn't be happier with the way the party went. Chelsea, the entertainer, was fantastic at keeping the kids entertained with loads of fun games to play; she never lost their attention. “Our Princess was great, at our daughters birthday party Laura kept over 30 children entertained for two hours with songs, tricks and games. She had to cover ages 4-6 and made sure everyone had fun. Recommended.”
