“We had jules to entertain the children at my sons christening on 25th July 2015. The children varied in age from 10 months up to 10 years and they all enjoyed every minute with no one straying which I think is testiment to how good jules was. There was one little boy there who is exceptionally shy and never takes part at parties but jules got him involved and he really enjoyed himself.She was professional in every way and I would defiantly use her and the agency again.”

“The entertainer arrived on time and was well presented in costume. Spent time mingling with the audience and then entertained a substantial group of children for the afternoon and somehow managed to retain their attention working both indoors and outside. Well done”

“Happy Kinder Parties did a great job of entertaining a large group of children at our company event. It rained all afternoon but this didn't mean the children had any less fun! Thanks for a great event!”

“Thank you so much to Chloe who was a fantastic entertainer. She worked so hard and kept the children completely entertained for 2 hours. She made my daughter Holly feel really special while including every single child in everything she did. She played a wide variety of games and entertained them with magic and balloon models. Chloe listened to the brief and played all of the music that my daughter likes. She was even play music for her and making balloon models before the party started. I would like to say a massive thank you to Chloe and Happy Kinder Parties for making Holly's party so special.”

“I couldn't have asked for more. Sarah was excellent, my stress levels were at zero and the children had a fantastic time and were thoroughly entertained. Will definately be using Happy Kinder Parties again. Many thanks”

“The entertainer was prompt and very personable. However I didn't think the sound system was very clear and we struggled to hear what was being said on the microphone. The room was full of high energy 4 year olds and I think the traditional games worked better. The children needed some structure and it helped calm them down in their play. Whilst I had agreed with the entertainer to opt for a mix of high energy games and the traditional ones it would have been good if on the day she had reacted to what was working better with the kids. I appreciate that a room of 30 four year olds is always going to be hyper but it sometimes felt a little chaotic and not structured enough in the flow of games and trying to get all the children involved. Hopefully you find the comments constructive and are not meant as a complaint.”

Hi Claire, Thank you for the review. I am so sorry you didn't think the sound system was very clear. It is such a shame as the system is a new one, but I will now be getting it replaced with another one. I am also sorry to hear that you felt the party was not structured enough. We have not had this mentioned before about our parties so I have discussed this fully with Jules your entertainer and how this can be improved going forward. Many thanks for your time.

“Thank you so much for an amazing party. Chelsea arrived early which set my mind at rest and she was great with Jenny letting her help to set up, and to manage her excitement levels before all her friends arrived - very important for my sanity so I could get the food ready. She was brilliant with the children and we are now counting the days to next year's party already!”

“Thank you for what was an amazing party from start to finish! Bethany was overwhelmed that a real princess was coming to her party, and she really managed to engage and keep the attention of the children with her games etc, not easy with a room full of 3 year old! I can't endorse happy kinder parties highly enough.”

“After reading the reviews and paying £360 I thought we were going to have one amazing party but this unfortunately was not the case.. The 2 girls that came were very nice but struggled to get some of the children's attention .. The balloons they gave out just kept bursting and quite alot of the children were more interested in the bit of soft play I had for the 2 year olds than the entertainment... We have been to a lot of party's this year and unfortunately the parents have said that out of all of them my entertainers were the poorest which wasn't what I had wanted to hear... Unfortunately I would not use them again nor recommend them and am very upset that I am now £360 out of pocket.. I would of paid £150 maximum for both girls.. Next year I will Definately do much more research before choosing my entertainers..”

Dear Gina, I have spoken to both Helena and Alice at length about the party they provided for you and they are too really shocked and saddened by your review. They are particularly surprised as they said you went over to them at the end of the party and thanked them for the wonderful entertainment. Also after you requested they organise the birthday cakes at the end of the party, they both stayed over the booked time to do so. Unfortunately balloons do pop, especially when children are playing with them. However they have both said that they re-made any balloons that had burst, to make sure that the children were happy. Please do call me if you would like to discuss this further. As I am very passionate about making sure our parties are of the highest standard and that our clients are happy. Kind regards Sophie

“A big superhero thank you for Ethan’s 5th birthday party. Kate was excellent from the moment she arrived, up until she left. All the kids were amazed by her and loved every minute of every activity.
