“This is just to express my thanks and appreciation for the great service provided by yourselves, and especially by the delivery drivers. I ordered the fridge/freezer on behalf of my Mum and she was really pleased. She explained that the delivery men were excellent and “couldn’t have been more helpful”. Thank you very much!”

“I rang Hansons on Monday 5 Sep 2022 to enquire about a new Smeg kettle as my kettle was leaking. I was told that the price was £140 but the gentleman from Hansons said that he would look on their records to see how long I had had the kettle but the computer terminals were all busy and that he he would ring me later. This he did and told me that the kettle was still under guarantee and that I should contact Smeg who would send me a replacement. This I did and I received my replacement kettle from Smeg on Wednesday 7 September 2022. This was excellent service both from Hansons and from Smeg.”

“As always, a really easy company to do business with. Although part of Euronics, Hanson always feels lime a local firm so glad I can keep local people in work. Excellent customer service, fast free delivery, no hassle installation and prices always beat the faceless bigger companies. We will be back again but not for a long time as everything you sell us seems to last years, last washing machine and condenser dryer lasted around 15 years. This time I purchased a washing machine on line as working away but no hassle at all, straight forward to use website but I also felt confident in knowing if I had an issue I could pop into the shop when back. Never had to return anything or ask for a refund. When I have visited the shop in the past, always found sales people to be straightforward, no nonsense and knowledgeable.”

“My elderly parents bought a cooker to find a part fell off. They have contacted hanson s so many times and now into 2nd month still nobody has contacted them as to when this will be fixed. So out of 30 day period re refund due to faulty product.”

“Bought washing machine so pleased with delivery and customer service decided to order a fridge freezer and was delivered next day by two helpful and polite men. No point looking elsewhere as prices were very good.”

“Decided to go local big mistake. Shocking customer service, freezer damaged had four freezers delivered in the same day all damaged did not check before bring them out after the first two, even asked if we still wanted it but could not guarantee it would work. They had to reorder freezer told us it would be coming in Tuesday said would ring when it was. They did not and had to chase to find out if freezer had arrived said no but would be in Thursday and would ring us again the did not and we had to chase again Friday. Delivery was today freezer was not checked and delivered another damaged one, no more un allocated freezers in stock. Had to go in to Hansons to get a refund and the first comment out of an employees mouth was what have we been doing to these freezers as you can imagine this was not funny. Pathetic apology would never use again.”

“Brilliant! Ordered a tumble dryer on a Tuesday and it was delivered on the Thursday of the same week! Received a call to thank me for my order which was a lovely personal touch. The delivery driver called to confirm delivery time. A great experience from start to finish.”

“Bought a Zanussi washing machine, delivered within 3 days, paid for it to be connected up, we'll worth the money, hassle free the fitters checked there were no leaks and was working OK. Excellent service”

“Just bought Hotpoint washer, organised by Hansons, chap called Mel came to fit the integrated appliance in kitchen. First class and very professional, what a job he did. No hassle and checked machine working etc. whole experience from buying to fitting at Hansons, superb and would recommend.”
