“My experience with handy Labels was a good one. The website is friendly, informative and easy to use. Communication after my order had been sent was very polite and accommodating which i appreciated. My labels arrived in perfect condition and the quality was better than expected.. Everything was packaged well and care had been taken so they arrived safely. I would recommend their services and use again in the future without doubt - thank you!”

“My experience shopping with Handy Labels was very good. It was easy to complete the purchase, the price also is convenient for the client. Before shopping with Handy Labels I tried to buy stickers with other 3 companies but it was complicated, one of them even asked me to provide artwork in 4 different colors and their percentage in every color (cyan, magenta, yellow and black) something that I didn't have. I had a different inconvenience with every single one and try something else available online. The receptionist is also a key. I had problems in two opportunities but was resolved very quickly by calling directly to someone available. Thanks for the excellent service, I will DEFINITELY buy again and recommend.”

“Great products and service. Good value. I feel there is unnecessary packaging. The labels are in a good quality protective envelope, the pink wrapping tissue adds no protection and goes straight in the bin.”

Good morning Nick, I'm sorry to hear your customer service experience was really bad, all I can do is offer you an apology. I have asked the lady concerned who has informed me, that finding the fact, products are delayed getting to any of our customers in the pandemic as funny is very much a misunderstanding. It appears you are referring to your second order which is still in our system, which was placed late on Wednesday 10th June 22:06 - (which would've gone into Thursdays artwork run) and your comment on the order was to deliver on Friday 12th, which would mean we need to proof, approve, print, finish and despatch within 8 hours which wasn't possible in the current situation with delays with suppliers and couriers. We have a note on the homepage explaining the current situation we're in which is clear to see for all customers before placing an order (which I have attached for reference). As always, we try our best for every customer to ensure they receive a quality job as quickly as possible at this difficult time, thank you for your positive comment regarding our decent products and for your continued understanding.

“Excellent service and super prompt delivery. Sending a pdf before printing is a really good idea. After some terrible experiences with another site and recieving blank labels from them, (which is STILL unresolved), it was a real pleasure to do business with Handy Labels. I would thoroughly recommend them and look forward to repeating my order. Super packaging by the way ... much appreciated.”
