Thank you for your review, We are very disappointed with receiving a 1 star review and negative comments. If I can take a little time to explain our process: When placing an order online and uploading artwork, this process can cause file upload errors, indicating that there is a problem with uploading a file. This could be due to file size limitations, server issues, or network connectivity problems. I know this has caused you frustration, but we do have the option to email the artwork separately when placing your order. Our artwork team has emailed to let you know that we do not have all of your artwork files. We request that you please send this across so we can then provide you with the correct PDF proof for your approval. You didn’t want to provide this, so you requested that we cancel and refund the order. Unfortunately, if your order is placed incorrectly, we do ask that you replace the correct order, and we will then cancel and refund the incorrect order placed – You were offered this option, and we did also offer to cancel and refund before the new order was placed. None of the above was acceptable for you to continue with the order, and we are sorry that we weren’t able to process it for you. Kind regards Handy Help

“The Handy Labels website was easy to navigate and use. I created my labels in less than 20 mins and they came exactly as I had designed them. James at Handy Labels made sure that all my questions were answered quickly and courteously. The price was reasonable and it was express delivery as I had ordered. The labels are already on my glass art! Thank you, Handy Labels, for super service, and I have already passed your website onto my friends.”
