“Easy to order and super fast delivery. If they used Royal Mail instead of couriers I would give 5 stars.”

“Excellent customer service from start to finish. I placed my order online and there was a mistake with my order and everything was rectified within an hour. Chloe has the most amazing customer service, she helped me replace my order and even found a cheaper deal with i higher quantity that my first order. My order was processed and surprisingly received it the next day, I honestly can’t fault them, from the packaging, delivery, quality and customer service, everything was on point. Thank you for the great service. I will definitely be using your services again. Happy Customer 12/10..😀😀”

“The best customer service anyone could ask for, Thank you so much to Chloe, I made a mistake placing my order and she helped me correct it and it worked out to be cheaper, My order was printed and delivered the next day and I couldn’t be more happier with the service. The quality was perfect just what I ordered, couldn’t possibly fault them. Thank you so much and I will definitely continue to use your services.”

“Good interface for service, excellent quality printing and prompt delivery! Not detracting in any way from the professionalism and quality, I believe the user interface could be improved to allow logo addition as well as text editing for larger labels. Unless I have somehow missed this whilst on your platform?”

Thank you for your feedback, Yas! We are pleased that you found our print quality excellent, delivery prompt and our team professional. Previously, we offered a 'handy designer' which allowed customers to upload their logo, images, text etc and create a simple label design. However, after much deliberation, we decided not to carry this service through to our revamped website. We found that the designer did not function as well as we would have liked. We are looking into an alternative which will hopefully be available in the near future 👍

“Amazing service! The website is great to use and the service is so personal I made an error on my order and that was picked up and I was guided through how to get what I actually needed. The proof to approve was such a quick process and the delivery time was excellent I highly recommend and will use again. Thank you!”
