“The quality of labels is excellent colours and designs are exactly as ordered everytime and reasonably priced. I currently use 12 different labels for my business and I would not use any other supplier. Would definitely recommend to anyone.”

“Impressed with the communication, speed of service and variety of label options. Slight variation in the quality of the label printing was my only frustration, with some characters coming out quite blurry on some labels and very well defined on others on the same sheet.”

“Labels have taken almost two weeks to arrive and I’ve had to pay a hefty fee for customs which other UK labels don’t seem to charge”

Your order was dispatched within our estimated lead time, outlined during many steps of the order process. If customers have required deadlines, we ask them to let us know, and we will always do our best to meet them wherever possible. As explained in our previous email correspondence before your order was shipped, changes due to Brexit have altered how many companies can send orders to certain areas. Although we understand the frustration this can cause, all delivery information in regards to shipping costs is available to view on our website and was provided to you before the order was shipped: https://www.handylabels.co.uk/support/cost/ Unfortunately, we do not have control over customs charges. Customs/import charges are requested by the courier and do not come to us. Therefore, we do not receive any financial benefit from customs charges.
