“Excellent communication throughout, very helpful re dates/times. Phone call from the tradesman before arrival. He was efficient and friendly. Explained exactly what was wrong and what he needed to do. Did the job thoroughly and cleaned up afterwards. Brilliant!”

“The service was very good and efficient and the plummer (in my case) repaired the issue to my full satisfaction. The rate for labour at £100+VAT and subsequent charge of £50+VAT for additional 30 minutes however are quite high.”
