“Easy friendly contact with access to previous information on earlier jobs. An engineer usually comes within 24 hours and is on time and tells me when he is arriving. The job is explained and completed tidily. I appreciate the politeness. The billing is clear and the back office is well organised”

“Excellent communication throughout, very helpful re dates/times. Phone call from the tradesman before arrival. He was efficient and friendly. Explained exactly what was wrong and what he needed to do. Did the job thoroughly and cleaned up afterwards. Brilliant!”
