“i found the communication and dealings with the engineer second to none. Even after she had left the premises, we needed to call her back (due to disorganisation, not through her fault) and she re-organised her day to help us. Very nice to have a lady gas engineer for a change!”

“They are helpful on the initial phone call. The plumber turn up on the agreed date and is punctual. He knows what needs doing and does it efficiently. I have tried two other services in the area. The first overcharged, were inefficient and untidy. The second never turned up and was unable to be contacted as he never answered his phone. I shall recommend this service to friends”

“Everybody was very helpful and kind. Customer service advisor was funny, helpful and efficient. The engineer and the electrician did a really good job, they were both very nice and talkative.”
