“The plumber turned up on time and fixed the immediate problem with minimum fuss for a very good rate. He gave me clear advice on the possible purchase and installation of a new boiler and explained the differences in boilers and what I can have with my system. He was polite and respectful and overall very pleasant.”

“Easy friendly contact with access to previous information on earlier jobs. An engineer usually comes within 24 hours and is on time and tells me when he is arriving. The job is explained and completed tidily. I appreciate the politeness. The billing is clear and the back office is well organised”
