“From the initial phone call, the service provided was totally professional. Dan, the plumber was polite, helpful and efficient. The job was completed within an hour and the area was left clean and tidy. I would certainly recommend this service and will be using them again - if needed! Thank you”

“l was very impressed with my interaction with your company. From the Admin staff at the first contact to the Electrician, Richard who came and fixed my problem. He was very friendly, patient and really knows his job. I think with you guys one does not need to worry about "cowboy workmen". Thank you very much.”

“The response to my initial phone call was very quick , unlike other companies i tried and gave up. The customer service person was very helpful and polite and arranged for an engineer to view the property the same eve, and the woks were carried out 2 days later. A comprehensive quote was emailed over which we were happy with. The engineer was polite, on time and very tidy. Overall a great job done in a short time. Highly recommend this company.”

“We had previously had a very poor experience with another local company so was extremely pleased with how easy it was to speak to the initial customer service team who booked the initial appointment sent us confirmation, and true to their word the engineer arrived within the allocated timescale ( the previous engineer didn't turn up until 6 hours after the time slot with no phone call to explain when he would be coming). They provided us with details of the problem the solution and how quickly they could have the part ordered and to fix it. Excellent customer service from all within the company returning calls when needed without having to call and prompt theme to do so reasonable rates which am happy to pay to get the job done with no hassle. Great company to deal with would highly recommend. They have 5* service from initial contact to after care follow up.”
