“They took trouble over my booking when the first date had to be postponed due to tradesperson having car problems. They rebooked and kept me well informed by phone and email. Tradesperson rang ahead to say he was on the way and carried out the work quickly and efficiently. He was helpful and tidy in servicing a flueless gas fire which British Gas would not cover in my regular servicing agreement with them.”

“Excellent prompt service,when my central heating ceased to function,during the recent Siberian weather.Matthew the engineer was both competent and delightful.The office ladies worked hard on the phone, ensuring that the spare parts in sudden short suppy nationally,were promptly obtained,so the repair could be carried out.”

“Dominic the tradesman did an excellent job by replacing the tabs in my bathrooom, airing my radiators. Dominic also saved me money by advising me to return the new radiator I purchased and repaired the old one. Also Dominic was calm and he came across as someone I could trust right from the start of the job to the end.”
