“I was instantly confident of their service just by the telephone manner. I had a plumber out the next day but could have had one that same afternoon. Their prices are extremely comparative. The engineer took pride in his work and managed to find the problem really quickly and pointed out other issues with our bathroom. They also do bathroom design and refit and because we were so impressed, we are asking them to design and refit out bathroom.”

“Found my complicated details on their system from 8 years ago. Was able to send a plumber as soon as tenants were available to let them in. The plumber arrived on time and did the job perfectly.”

“Easy and quick to book my boiler service. Good communication from the central team. Workman was on time, very polite and helped me out with a few non-related issues to do with my shower. Very tidy and helpful, and sent my work report within minutes of leaving. Totally stress-free, would absolutely recommend.”

“The guys name was Dave that carried out the work for us, he called me to let me know he was on his was half hour before when he arrived he explained what needed doing and we are just waiting for him to get hold of the part needed. excellent communication.”
