Very professional setup, easy to speak to and on time for all appointments. Called to discuss work and did the small extra thigns (in this case, cleared a small blockage on on of the pipes that had been making the boiler work harder). Work was done on my tennanted property and the tennant was very impressed with the work

Courtesy phone call received on day of work booking to advise handyman was on his way. Workman arrived well presented, friendly and cheerful. I briefed the job which has changed since my original booking to include more work! Work was delivered to a high standard.

From the initial call to log to my request, through to the arrival of the engineer and completion of works - all was friendly and efficient. The engineer was very helpful.

The job was to service a gas fireplace which in essence was done however the fireplace is nowhere near its original standard and still only comes on after holding the gas on for a long time. Although we were told that that there may be more work required, I did not feel that paying £114 which is more than a 3rd of the cost of the fire itself was good value as we were not left in much of a better state than when we started although it wasn't working at all initially, hence the rating is not worse. The main issue is that when the fireplace surround was taken off, it was done with little care and we now have numerous black scratch marks in the middle of our living room wall which will have to be repainted, of course at our own cost.

Two separate jobs, two separate people: 1. diagnosed a duff shower pump and replaced it. Expensive but professional. 2. couldn't diagnose a non-working underfloor heating. Spent time going through the possibilities but was flummoxed and just paid call out charge. Telephone calls both times before the man arrived to say he was coming soon.

Following the installation of a new gas boiler the existing shelf no longer fitted the space allowed. The engineer was quick and efficient measuring up and adapting the shelf within 15 minutes. He was polite and friendly. He also gave me good advice regarding a window frame as I had requested.

The plumber was friendly and quick. He diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes. He however didn't have a syphon for the toilet and so he was unable to actually fix my toilet. I was charged for an hour's work (minimum charge, £79 + VAT), despite him only working for 10minutes. And my toilet still wasn't fixed. I was told that if I wanted the part to be fixed that day I would have to pay for the time it took to collect the part. Next time I will be using an independent plumber.

Very impressed with both the service and customer service. Very prompt, arrived within a few hours of calling. Exstreamly polite and got the job done to perfection. 5* star company, we've used this service twice for electrical problems & a smashed window pane & will use again. Only warning is the price quoted does not include VAT & you will be charged for the hour so if you can find other jobs for them to do then brilliant.

Electrician was on time. Very polite even though he had to go and get some parts. No messing around and just got on with the job. Done the job within hour and half and that's including getting the parts. Even cleaned up after himself.

Phil turned up on time and carried out the service of my bolier. No issues, professinoal and was able to come within 2 days whereas British Gas were going to have taken 1 month

Friendly and helpful when I phoned to make an appointment, everything explained as to what I should expect. Engineer Andy Vincent very thorough advised where things needed to looked at very professional. Would definately use again. Good service, prompt when sending certificate and the price was very good.

We had a major issue with our kitchens flooding. We had an initial visit when it was identified that we would need to have our kitchen cabinets removed to gain access to the issue. They were able to re book to come out again with their own handyman to do this. Having all the trades in one place made my life a lot easier and the problem was fixed well with no hassle to me. The tradesmen also have a system where you have to sign their worksheet twice once when they arrive confirming the time you will be charged from and then at the end. This stops any arguments at the end about how long they have been onsite which is what I have experienced with other trades people. Will defiantly be using them again and would recommend them to anyone I know. The call center staff were very helpful and friendly and job was done for less than I was quoted which was a bonus.

The company arrived on site punctually and were polite and professional. They fully explained the problem , addressed it , and fully advised what further treatment was required. They advise the cost beforehand and did not try and hit me with add ons which rather impressed me. would use again

I was initially disappointed as i had taken the afternoon off work to be home waiting and i had to call 30 minutes before the end of the time slot to be told that they wouldnt be able to get to me that day. I wondered at what point they were going to let me know however i suppose its hard to tell. I did however get compensation in the form of a weekend call out at a normal rate as i couldnt take any more time off work. On the day it all went smoothly though and i got lots of calls to let me know timings etc. plus the cherry on the cake was the very enthusiatic, cheerful and informative man who set my mind at rest quickly. I really appreciated being greeted with someone friendly.

When I telephoned the person I spoke to was very polite and did their best to accommodate my wishes. I wanted the certificate to be done asap and preferably in the weekend and this was done on a Saturday morning at a time to suit. The certificate was then emailed to me a day later.

Very friendly and professional service (from the beggening while booking via call centre till the end of job done at the site by electrician). Good customer service is the most important for me so I'm really happy with the company overall. Lots of update during job by electrician. Problem has been solved the same day. The service was bit pricy but wotrh it so deffinitly would recommend to family and friends. Thanks

From a very friendly receptionist to a quick and efficient service was very impressed. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and work was carried out to standards I would expect. I would have no hesitation using you again and would recommend you to friends either for their own property or rental property. Communications afterwards were clear and pricing was transparent.

I rang and the engineer turned up within 30 mins and had the heating working within the next 30 minutes. He explained the issue and waited until all the radiators were hot. The one that didn't was fixed by him for no additional cost as th thermostat valve had stuck over the summer.
