“The product arrived on time. Have not yet fitted so cannot comment on the item but it is a straight replacement for existing handles. I note the handles have a 25-year guarantee. The existing ones need replacement after 11 years as the soft-close mechanism no longer soft closes.”

“Only received one cupboard knob when I ordered two. Blame / direction is towards Royal Mail and insinuation towards me as the customer. I find this not very customer focussed and over such a low value item, lacking common sense. I am waiting for someone to fit these (which we're actually using in our shower room) and have been waiting about 4 days woth no clear resolution.”
