“The Hinges 75 x 40mm well made , original screws where 30mm these come with 15mm so to fit we had to insert matchsticks with wood glue to fill old holes and then use the supplied screws which have made a nice job, we are well please with the results. came well packed, arrived quickly, would recommend.”

“Ordered a Heavy Duty latch which arrived early. On fitting it appeared to be handed and was the wrong hand for the door hinged on the left from inside. Scratched my head and read instructions to no avail. Phoned Alison who then phoned Carlise Brass and she came back to me with a simple instruction of turning the latch around by twisting it around in my fingers!!!! Can not fault service. Many times you request advice from companies and no one returns the call as promised. 5*****”
