“The product is great, but I had to chase as I had not received anything. When I phoned they said it was not in stock when I ordered it, but it had come in and was being shipped, it was only a couple of days late”

“No direct number to talk with a live person. No one is replying to me on email regarding my query on compatible handle with smartsystems heritage door. I uploaded image and all on your website.
