“The wrong item was sent. An email was sent on day of delivery, no answer so far, several days later. They sent an email to either leave a review or contact them via a form on their website, I used the form but the "send message" button on the bottom of the form did not work despite trying multiple times, and/or waiting in case my WiFi was slow for some reason. If the problem could at least be acknowledged so I don't have the impression of talking to walls, that would be great. If you would like to contact me to address this, look in your emails, AD@ADL.............Co.uk”
