“Got in touch with Handles4U following DPD not following delivery instructions and the parcel being taken from the front door. They responded immediately by apologising and promising to send out a replacement straight away. I have used this company before and found them to be fast and efficiently and would have no hesitation in ordering ironmongery from them in the future .”

“Having been recommended to replace my home's door handles with safety handles a quick online search found exactly what I was looking for at Handles4U. They seemed so reasonably priced that I sent an email enquiry to confirm that they were boxed pairs! A very rapid response confirmed they were, so I ordered 6 of them. Delivery took just four days and a quick check confirmed that they were exactly what I wanted. It wasn't till the next weekend that I got round to fitting them (very straightforward and quick to do) only to discover that the last box was a different type of handle. Quick email string resolved this with the replacement being delivered today (4 days later), together with an extra one that I'd overlooked in my original order. Excellent service, rapid communications and speedy delivery along with a phenomenal product range at very competitive prices - you really can't ask for more.”
