“The backplates that I ordered were of good quality and suitable for the job I was about to do. There was a slight delay in the dispatch of the items as they were out of stock, but I received an email advising me of this and also the expected date of new stock arriving. I received a further email when the new stock was in, and I received the backplates 2 days later. This was dealt with very efficiently and I cannot fault the service I received.”

“Misleading descriptions. Eg. Expensive items desribed as brass were in fact painted gold to look like brass. Ghastly products I never would have purchased had I known. Sandy suggested it was my mistake, so I would need to pay to return the items. Ignored emails.”
