“Wanted to buy a lock and phoned up a few firms wanting some dimensions. All were hopeless except this firm. They actually had the stock there rather than in a warehouse and were really helpful. Also posted out the same day! Probably a one time purchase but would recommend.”

“Exactly what I’ve been looking go for a while/ a flat bolt which was black. Seen them Everywhere in brass, chrome and steel and was even told by an independent hardware store that they’re not made in black. Oh yeh? Perfect item. Delivered speedily and well packed. Thank you!”
