“Whilst they gave a refund and collected the item through DPD the handles were not in perfect unmarked condition and had imperfections. Decided to get a refund rather than a replacement. Could not see faults on various photos sent. Customer service reply good.”

“Excellent value for money, discount offered on quantity ordered. Fast delivery. High quality. Only issue is being charged £15 delivery (should have been free) as postcode ‘highlands and islands’. It’s just outside Aberdeen and is not. I imagine this is a courier decision.”
