“Really happy with the handles makes the kitchen look so different”

“Lovely five star brackets let down by unforgiveably bad included screws, the first one of which snapped when screwing into a pilot holed oak handrail which i'd spent a couple of days preparing and shaping round a complex corner. I'm so fed up with having to repair or hide the damage caused by shoddy screws that I'm giving a two star review for these five star brackets till retailers start specifying better included screws or just omit them entirely so we won't be tempted to try them and damage our work in the process.”

“Handles4U offered great service and communication I would give the full 5 stars . My issue would be with the manufacturers who made the knobs they packaged them knowing they were scratching and marks on them the packing was sealed so there quality control war Poor .”

“Great price and service. Speedy delivery. 3 star rating for the product though as sadly, 2 of the knobs are scratched already, with a 3rd with faint marks. Annoyingly I need to order one more knob, as the Kitchen Fitter used two on the larder door (3 days ago), so I’m short. The scratches are so noticeable, that I’m considering replacing all of the handles as they’ll possibly all scratch soon. Such a shame as they look gorgeous.”

“I became "friends" with someone over one and half years. It was a scam. They sold me on some money making arbitrage program. I invested 3.4 bitcoin, $269k. They had me transfer from Coinbase to trust wallet and then to web3. The address was web3aipioneers.net. I saw this was a scam AFTER I sent it. When I try to withdraw my funds it doesn't let me type any other numerical value except for 0. And now my "friend" is texting from a google number. I made a report with the FBI. The 7 day order expired and nothing happened. I also emailed the trust wallet support to ask to cancel the transfer but it said complete. I was confused and needed to stay alive since they'd taken all I had for my future. Fortunately, I read so many great reviews about HACKWEST AT WRITEME DOT COM and decided to contact them for help, West requested some information and then a few days later my Bitcoin was recovered and the real identity of the MF was reviewed which I submitted to the FBI. Hopefully, they will get caught. Here is me saying thank you to team Hack West for their assistance and saving my life.”

“I purchased some handles as samples for my new kitchen but sadly it took a while to choose them as my kitchen didn’t arrive on time. It was a few months later when I purchased a large order of the handles I chose and sent back the ones I didn’t want, all beautifully packaged up and I paid the £7 postage. I fully understood that I wasn’t entitled to a full refund as a restocking charge would have to be deducted, but then to be told they couldn’t refund me and I would have to pay the postage to get the handles back. I feel a little disappointed as you don’t always know what handles will look like until you see them and I was very careful to make sure that they arrived back in the condition they were sent to me. So sadly that’s why I have not been able to recommend this company as their customer service is not so great.”
