“Bought some chrome knobs. Unfortunately fixing screws were missing. This problem was quickly resolved and screws very quickly arrived from Carlisle Brass ~ so full marks to that company also.”

“Avoid!!! Nasty quality handles - Victoria scroll range (polished chrome) in particularly. They have barely lasted 9 months as they were ordered in February of this year. Initially thought to only be one or two handles which were replaced but now all handles demonstrating poor quality and despite spending £200 no response.”
