“Great products, great prices”

“Very good hinges but unfortunately every measurement is at least 1mm out from my existing hinges meaning I would have to alter all doors & architraves to fit them. As I am not an experienced chippy, it is too easy to make irreversible mistakes so decided to return them instead. The hinges are very good quality & price & delivery were both good.”

“Items said to have been received and dispatched and then told `order cancelled, please contact supplier direct` in three e-mails on the same day. On contacting same was told that `order cancelled` did not actually mean that! Simply that it referred to order to deliver had been cancelled. It would be helpful if your couriers spoke the same language as everyone else! Having been told it had been dispatched I stayed in all day to receive same - I was less than pleased when it did not arrive. You have a fine selection of items but I will think twice before using you again.”

“So handles and lock arrived promptly, well packaged, great communication. However the design of the handles and trying to fix the through bolt was near impossible, so awkward as you could not get a screwdriver in properly or Allen key due to the face plate coverings, plus no instructions, no fault of yourselves but the design by Zoo is the issue, had to buy further bolts due to the threads being damaged due to not being able to get a proper contact with the heads of the bolts. Too much hassle and cost to return, so just bought some others from a local company. I had them assessed by the local company to make sure it wasn’t me, they confirmed it’s just a really poor design.”
