“Amazing customer service from Sandy! She hunted me down to make sure that my order was accurate, calling, emailing, and leaving voicemails. I love the relentless customer focus! My door handles arrived next day and I love them! Prices are extremely reasonable too! Once again, hats off to Sandy for exemplary customer service! I'll be recommending this company to everyone!”

“We ordered Brass Latch Door Knobs to replace our door handles - but only ordered one to make sure our choice was correct - ordering for all doors would have been a very expensive mistake if door knobs not suitable. Hopefully, a joiner will be fitting next week. The costs were very competitive on Handles4u & the hardware quality is really - very pleased with the Brass hardware & hoping once fitted that we can then order to replace all the doors in the house.”

“I had a small problem with my order, which I only discovered during fitting. I sent an email to Handles4U last night and by 9:28 AM today the matter had been resolved (pending delivery of the replacement products). Tom was very helpful and understanding.”
