“I ordered two handles for our new front door as I wasn't sure which one would fit. One was perfect - great quality and a lovely finish to our new bespoke door. The other was returned - return process was very easy and clear, and the refund received within a few days. Great service.”

“What a pleasure to deal with a company that communicates such a breath of fresh air had a small problem with a cupboard knob, a short email was sent, immediately and I mean within 5 mins response and sorted, definitely my new company for all our handle requirements and by the way, the product I ordered was also the most competitive that could be found”
