“I have been waiting for more than a month for my refund in respect of returned handles. No replies to emails and no refund. Totally unacceptable.”

“I was delivered a faulty product tried to return it but was unable to until I did all these things they suggested. I try to fix it. After doing everything they said they cut contact off from me and I'm unable to return the product and get a refund. Do not fall for this scam company.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, although we are a little disappointed by this and feel your comments are slightly unfair. We have kept in good contact with you since you raised the issue and have even arranged for a replacement pair of handles to be sent to you directly from the manufacturer, as per our last email sent to you on Tuesday, 15/10. “It’s very misleading on line as I ordered chrome brackets which I thought was for a pair but only one bracket came in the post.”

“Avoid! Took months for the handle to arrive despite showing in stock. Arrived and returned as not quite right, had to send email after email to check my refund. Kept getting nothing, then a response saying we have not yet received back the item yet, which I know was not correct as I had the return tracked. Finally got a refund months later but for 1/3 less than I paid as they deducted restocking. Will not use again and will discourage anyone”

Dear Mr Pavlou, Thank you for your review. After checking the details of your order, you ordered a handle set that was showing out of stock at the time, and we emailed you to this effect, but we had no response. Once the goods came back into stock, we sent them to you, after which you then requested a return, for which we emailed you a returns form. Your return took longer than usual to process because you sent the handles back without any paperwork, so the return ended up in quarantine. The 10% restocking charge is applied to returns that are sent back as per our terms which are set out on the website and the emails. We are sorry that your experience wasn't a great one this time, however, we were responsive with you all the way through. Yours faithfully Handles4homes

“- I wanted new handles for entire house and ordered one form H4H to test quality - Handle didnt arrive - sent emails to chase but no response - cancelled payment - Handle arrived 7 weeks later!”

“Terrible. Asked for a review and the handles haven't even arrived! Awful online process - no communications at all about the state of order - had to email for an update which said they were expecting to dispatch. But nothing more. Not good enough”

Hello Anthony, Sorry to see your 1-star review and that you were unhappy with your order. I have looked into this and the items you ordered (on a Saturday) are stated as 2-5 working days. You also selected the Royal Mail untracked post option for small orders which added slightly to the arrival time owing to the recent postal strike chaos. Emails are automated upon despatch so can only assume this may have ended up in your spam folder, or the email may have been incorrect. Thank you Handles 4 Homes
